• Cookies and similar technologies: Session identifiers and analytics identifiers (see Section 5).

• Process and ship your orders, and send order confirmations.
• Respond to your messages and inquiries.
• Send you our newsletter if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Calculate shipping rates (your postal code and country are sent to Canada Post for rate calculation).
• Analyze how visitors use the Site and measure the performance of our advertising.
• Comply with our legal obligations (e.g., tax record-keeping).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Payment data is handled exclusively by Square's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. Server-side transmission of personal data to Meta (CAPI) uses SHA-256 hashing.

Some of our service providers (Meta, Microsoft, Brevo, Cloudflare) may process your data outside Canada. We ensure these transfers are made to jurisdictions with adequate privacy protections or under appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
