MoonlightSeekers.com (the "Site") is operated by Feel Good Faktory ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent music production company based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit the Site, make a purchase, or contact us.

- Contact forms: Name, email address, phone number (optional), and message content.
- Newsletter: Email address, and optionally city and birthday month.
- Checkout: Name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment details. Your card data is processed directly by Square — we never see or store your full card number.
Information Collected Automatically
- Browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring URL.
- Cookies and similar technologies: Session identifiers and analytics identifiers (see Section 5).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and ship your orders, and send order confirmations.
- Respond to your messages and inquiries.
- Send you our newsletter if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Calculate shipping rates (your postal code and country are sent to Canada Post for rate calculation).
- Analyze how visitors use the Site and measure the performance of our advertising.
- Comply with our legal obligations (e.g., tax record-keeping).
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the third-party services necessary to operate the Site:

7. Your Rights (Québec Law 25 / PIPEDA)
Under Québec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25) and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate personal information.

- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) if you believe your rights have been violated.

8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Payment data is handled exclusively by Square's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. Server-side transmission of personal data to Meta (CAPI) uses SHA-256 hashing.
9. International Transfers
Some of our service providers (Meta, Microsoft, Brevo, Cloudflare) may process your data outside Canada. We ensure these transfers are made to jurisdictions with adequate privacy protections or under appropriate safeguards.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
