Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days of order confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
During new releases or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 7 business days. We will always keep you informed of any delays.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. No hidden fees.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside Canada, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. We declare shipments at their true value and cannot mark them as "gifts."
Concert Pickup
Customers who select Concert Pickup normally collect their order at a Moonlight Seekers show. If you are ultimately unable to attend, you may request that your order be shipped to you instead — your concert discount price is honoured, and standard shipping fees will be added. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Once handed to the carrier, we are not liable for delays outside our control, but we will always advocate on your behalf.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable: digital downloads, final-sale items, and concert pickup orders where the item has already been collected.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we made an error. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Right of Withdrawal (Québec Residents)
Québec residents have a legal right to cancel a distance contract within 7 days of receiving goods. See our Store Terms for full details and applicable conditions.
Exchanges
Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Return the original item via tracked mail and place a new order for the replacement. We'll refund the original purchase once we receive the return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — the standard return process applies.
